Thanks so much for your post. That's the kind of networking that money can't buy!

Well, on the surface this all seems like good news. When you refer to private placement, that's like selling a large block of stock to an individual, right? Or overseas buyer? Will they protect us with a time limit before the new shares can be sold? Will it dilute us further?
