You then make a number of problematic statements, none of which do you bother to support with facts, just with opinions ("complex") here's an example: "space systems have cost overruns" Sure they do, when they are done by the government. IRIDIUM is a publically traded company and so their budgets are public info. They are coming in UNDER budget, or you would know if you cared about the details and read their SEC filings. Because Iridium is a worldwide system, dimwit. You want to sell soemoe a "global" sat phone but only let them use it in the areas already accessible by cellular?
