Hi Richard,

I'd like to clarify a couple of things since I was the person who originally stated that Paracelsian's poor PR caused you to unload some stock and this contributed to a minor decline in price. These points should be obvious, but I'd like to state them for the record nonetheless. 1) In no way did I mean to insinuate that you were trying to manipulate the stock's price, and I think you probably didn't infer this from my original statement since your objection was to Rick's comment and not to mine. You did contribute to the stock's price decline by selling, but I never said it was a major contribution. If I sell 100 shares today and 1000 investors each sell 100 shares and there is no compensatory buying, then I will have contributed in the stock's decline. Just like my vote in 1992 contibuted to Clinton's election. (I must admit to having some regrets on that one.)
2) I want to thank you for posting the article on stock price manipulation. I am guilty of giving an optomistic forcast by stating that I think this stock could be at $40 in two years, but that is only if one of PRLN's drugs take of. "If" is a mighty big word. I have also noted there is a lawsuit against the company for unfair business practices. This company does have its risks.
3)I've found your bull/bear reactions informative, honest and useful and I would really hate to see you leave this forum.
