Brean Murray
Research Update

Brean Murray (One of two companies following HDIE)
released an updated research report dated 3/18/99. The
highlights are as follows:
Rated:Strong Buy
Stated:Price Weakness Creates Buying Opportunity
Info:Current price represents a buying opportunity for
those willing to accept price volatility. They reduced
estimates for the quarter from .026 to .023, which they
do not regard as material, in order to build Service
capabilities. They feel the company will be able to grow
this business at high rates in future quarters. They feel
the price decline has more to do with aggressive
momentum investors and feel that it is now at an
attractive price.

So are we saying that TokyoMex is so powerful that he can influence Brean Murray and Morgan Keenan ? He got HDIE to go from 1 to 3 last spring, but had little or nothing to do with he runup from 2 - 10.

For the record, TokyoMex definitely had a jump on IFLY and ran it from around 1 to 10 as well as several others, including RNTK, TAVA, and MANU.

He was also big on CMGI. You can blame him for its 10 fold increase too ! :-)

Regards,
Chris
