Potential merger candidate?

Hi,

Now the stock ITEX is delisted from the Nasdaq. Won't this create
an investment opportunity for someone to do a private deal -- a
reverse merger, for example -- or merge it into another ecommerce
company. I believe that the business model of ITEX is basically
sound, and that it would take substantial sum for both the software
and hardware to build such an organization such as ITEX. Any comments?
