Well, I'm afraid it could be a different story. It could be that CheckFree is selling off these assets, and may not be putting anything into them because they are selling them off. On the other hand the disgruntled mortgage customer could be upset CF is selling off the mortgage products more than anything else. Hopefully management will be able to resolve these issues without lawyers getting involved.
