I notice you ran away without even trying to answer. Look, it isn't my fault y'all are profoundly ignorant of nuclear technology. Building a plutonium weapon is very different than a gun-type uranium one. Yeah, i-node likes to pretend that it is just a matter of hitting the right web site and downloading detailed instructions, but that is far from the truth. Libya is a perfect example. They farted around for decades trying to get another nuclear state to tell them how to build plutonium weapons. They tried on their own and failed. Repeatedly. After it became abundantly clear that neither China nor Russia was going to play ball, they pitched in their hand.
