It doesn't look like that was good enough to counter fears of a slowing market. Micron must not have impressed the analysts during the conference call. It probably is a "bargain" because this is the season of worry for the tech stocks and off season for the semis in particular. But it's not comforting to see MU slide down like this after what looks like stellar earnings. Just goes to show how fickle (lemming like) tech investors really are - sell them a dream and techie investors will go nuts, give them reality and it fails to impress. From all I could tell it appeared that there was huge net selling by institutions. Lots of block trades, mostly to the downside. A little comforting, perhaps, is that some support was found at 30-40. We will see if it bounces off that level or continues to sell off on Friday.
