But, INTC? That's interesting... Interesting, but not likely. Almost total overlap with INTC's existing low to mid range LAN business. And a major antitrust issue too. COMS and INTC each own about 40% market share of the ethernet LAN adapter market. INTC would probably be more interested in a smaller, more focused, high end LAN switching company, like MRVC or XYLN. But I doubt they are interested in these guys either, right now. Too focused on getting their CPU business healthy again, IMO. Gary
