Hi Joe: Can I assume from Gerald's post and this comment "from the company" that the recent filing will provide the company a bit more leverage in any suitor merger proposal?

"However, in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the software company said the plan would not prevent a takeover and is not designed to do so. "

Let's hope so....I still will not take a penny less than $25 (including my Preferred Rights). <EKS can deliver his Preferred Rights after December 10, 1996>

Anybody want to buy my "Preferred Rights"? Let's say for a price of $14 for each preferred right.

EKS

P.S. I believe the filing allows for trading of these 'Rights'. Does it get more complicated than this? Where do we get quotes for these rights...the SI Board?

P.S.S. I read the 58 pages too! Not too exciting but I did find a type on Page -6- section (i) expiration date "November 21, 1996" should read "expiration November 21, 2006"....Did you uncover anything which we should be aware of?
