Rocky, here's what my charts tell me:

Stochastic Osc.--- oversold
On Balance Vol.---Negative Trend
Money Flow --- Positive Trend
Resistance Level--- ~6.75
Volume--- Low

If IOM closes today below 6.75, it has then broken it resistance level and more than likely is headed lower.

Stock Bull
