If so inept, then how did they manage to free Afghanistan's 26 million and Iraq's 32 million.

And how did they talk Libya into being a good boy?

And how did they get NATO to agree to train Iraqi's?

And how did they manage to derail France and Germany's desire to keep Sadaam in power?
