SNDK seems in my opinion good for takeover. STX and WDC are generating a lot of cash to Art, and at this phase, I put SNDK in the same category because the market thinks they are lumped in as well. I know people here are trying to justify this report yesterday and focusing on finding bits and pieces of how it wasn't that bad, but the guidance was not good, plain and simple. SNDK is a cash generating operation that is commodity based, and has a lot of value because of that reason. Beyond that, they are just a memory commodity company with IP that generates about 8-9% of their total sales, which isn't very significant. In other words, the $100 million they receive from royalties is no big deal to the market, and the PE supports this thought.
