He told me that he is down 90% of his initial investment since starting the compamy and has been averaging down when the stock was in the .38-.40 range. .................. if you believe this there must be a bridge around here I can sell you!!!!!!!!!

The deal is for 400,000 shares of Pan Asia(no cash)........It seems everybody got cash except KRT.......I wonder if these shares are restricted untill PAR trades below $1.00 If KRT had control of makng the deal (since VSE wouldn't approve without it ) Why did they cut such a lousy deal..........This company is a joke. I still maintain that back when KRT was halted was the last good chance to get out.....unfortunatly two houses made a shitload of shorted stock available for the buying, making us hold this almost worthless wallpaper..........It all goes to show, there are forces in control here bigger than all us "kings" (peasants) and management!!!!!!!!!!!
