Failed by over 73%. The same implications for AXC as every company in the U.S.---which is considerable: they can give forward looking statements, maintain quality boards of directors, and so on. Had it passed it would have been devastating for investors.

I'll try to add to this board from time to time. I certainly don't understand the MR technology, but I'll do my best to learn. Comdex should give me a good start.
