I think you may be the only one to believe that it was only the "hard right" that worked to get the excesses of the Warren Court remediated. But more importantly, that remediation certainly wasn't responsible for the events at Waco - nor were they even present when the beatings of the Yippees in Chicago occurred.

Edit: I italicized the may because, as you're a person I perceive to be rational, I don't really think you actually subscribe to such polemic views. I do appreciate your input, though, as I think everyone benefits from the debate. It often broadens one's perspective to look through another's eyes.
