I 100% agree. Honestly people have asked me if I would let my son go play for him and I've said yes! That's not to say his conduct is always perfect. I have yet to meet a person who has such perfection...I must hang out with a bad crew <g>. I just feel the guy is a teacher of life which most great coaches are. Success as a coach is determined by what your players do long after their sporting careers IMO.
