I agree with that! I think this "no inflation" hype is phony. Everywhere I look, things cost more. For example, the house accross the street from me went up for sale last week and it is very similar in style and size to my own. Yet, they're asking about 18% more for the house than I paid for mine only 2 years ago. The realtor told me the price was inline with recent sales in the area. Also, have you checked out the price of auto's and trucks lately? There's no such thing as a cheap ride anymore. They can't cook the books on this forever.
