Jim , Don't own AZCO just like what I read and the way it was worded...So our boys can have some bathroom reading material. I also believe all of our properties are either under contract, optioned, or rightly outly owned. Ownership is not a problem! Proving up this stuff is. Geez we are light years ahead of MINE, but yet so far away. My investment philosophy needs to change from "buy low & sell high " to " please enter an order 6 months from now" :-)
