Doug, Analyst upgradce/downgrade stocks for multiple reasons. IU don't but into conspiracy reasons to drive stocks up 'or down. Ownership of securities is highly distributed amongst several funds and individual owners. Do your own research, get a broker you trust (well worth the fees for a good one) and over time, companies with results will perform well. My 2 cents (or 1.4 cents US <vbg>) Peppe
