Paul Sagawa is what happened. In addition, we read the story of XOXO cutting back on spending by 2billion. Unless the larger carriers start spending and they probably will at some point, I don't believe stocks like Cisco, NT can recover. Dead money at best, IMHO. Something has to be a catalyst for this sector to come to life. To me only the wireless and computer sectors are going to be driving tech stocks higher. Someone is about to come on CNBC..might be Sagawa; they say the analyst is very negative on the sector; lets see if there is any light at the end of the tunnel according to him.
