I was not aware of the possibility of a "two-tier tender" were you? I
don't understand the "Novell Series A junior participating preferred
stock" bit yet, do you?

BTW Joe, I didn't mean to make you miserable the other night. I
have seen your picture on your website, and feel about the same. The
point I was making is that there is no way in hell, IMHO, that they
planned on continuing on as a stand-alone company. It is almost too
obvious. At this point, we want a buyout right?

Good luck everyone, and my advice, think twice before bailing if
if things are just so-so. Somethings gonna happen.
