This has been in his stump speech lately (the first president I know of who had a stump speech AFTER the election).

But it is more "Blame it all on Bush". People are really sick of this. Almost universally, when I discuss politics with people, the first thing I hear is, "I just wish he'd quit blaming everything on Bush or someone else". Even the liberals I know are saying this. It really gets old, and it has no basis in fact.

8 months after you shoot your wad on an $800 Billion "stimulus" package, the economy belongs to YOU. Not your predecessor.
