I think there might be more in these words than you mean. AMAT is well known for acquiring companies at the bottom of the cycle. If they have no position in PRIA's market, it stands to reason that they might be looking to fill that niche. AMAT's market cap is over $14 billion, so PRIA's $300 million market value isn't even a full meal.
