BEAM (Summit Tech) seems to be breaking out from its 2 year base at $5.00 or so. (Was at $30.00 for years). It is on 3x the ADV. Looks like the FTC case will settle shortly in light of the agreements in the news today. This company is finally ready to move IMO. WHL
