RAIN had a nice comeback today, but they announced after the close the intention to offer an additional 2.5 mill shares, with only 200,000 of them coming from the preexisting supply. Not good news for share price
more than likely, as I anticipate the anticipated dilution will knock the price down a bit. Probably nothing major, but I'd rather have different news than that. Glad it jumped today at least to protect it a bit for tomorrow.
With WON, I had the same trouble....earnings were anticipated last week, with the estimate for .06, but I never was able to find that it actually was released or any other new info other than about the insider trading...just
prior to when the earnings were supposed to be announced by a few days. However, was up 5/8 today, breaking 8 again. Worth keeping an eye on.
