Seems to be right on the mark, from my perspective. The second stock buyback is a bonus and one that we have been supporting on this thread for a long time. This will get their outstanding shares (diluted) under 5M and put the cash at more than $7/share. Quite positive to me, we'll see how much the market likes it. Stuart.
