Its sad but why do people think they can dabble in real estate? I wouldn't think of trying to figure out what to do with a semi chip, or to find a cure for cancer.....in my spare time. So what motivates people to plung into ... What's the old saying, "don't confuse a bull market with brains"? Everyone thinks they are a genius when prices are only going up. the ones that keep and/or make money when things are going down are the geniuses.
