Shorted ITRI eod at $19.55 1/2 position

the chart seems ripe for a nice fall.
Director Stuart White has recently made 2 sales (14s and 17s) of stock after no activity for 18 months.
He has sold stock on 8 different occasions in the past.

6 months later ITRI was lower 8 out of the 8 sells.
On average, 3 months after selling the stock price has fallen 15.89%.
On average, 6 months after selling the stock price has fallen 26.47%.

Since his last 2 sales in 14s and 17s, the stock is higher at 20.00 close

Short interest is 44% (huge number, I dont really understand why. fundamentals dont seem that unreasonable for such a large %. I couldnt find any arbitrage here)

But, that many shorts cant be wrong in the long run.

Allocate well here, this can squeeze.

Best Wishes
Michail
