Excuse me for not getting it straight! Apple's telling people and giving them a tool to install Windows. Those that buy a Mac with the hope of using it primarily for Windows and then they find out that they can't get some of the parts like the iSight camera to work in windows, they will think they're being shortchanged. No they won't.
