dybdhal. Pure crapola on the ISDN lines. I have a dual ISDN which I can easily drive to capacity with 3% processor utilization. Same with DSL, same with 56K modems. I don't know why you are intent on spreading this kind of misinformation. Performance of IE - and response time - can vary quite a bit depending on your settings. If you have no local history, no local caching, no offline storage, then performance is pretty snappy. The more work you ask it to do, the more time it will take.
