I think the key is whether you believe that the current selloff is over done and by how much. If the mgt is really as inept and duplicitous then it's moot. Personally I believe the comparisons to last year are just plain wrong. And all of todays fear and frustrations are based on the "Oh my god they are doing it again" theory.

The news over the next month will prove this out and people will see that CPQ is back to being a solid money maker. The purchase and integration of DEC is behind them, and by the end of the year the "We are not just a Boxmaker" story will really begin to play. People are too impatient and their emotions turn on a dime.
