A quote from a blog comment - "To paraphrase P.J. O'Rourke, the US is like a beautiful 20 year old woman while Canada is like a 13 year old boy. Canada thinks about us all the time while we barely realize they're up there." James chicagoboyz.net Somewhat funny and somewhat true, although the statement might exaggerate the truth a bit. The issue addressed in the blog post could in a sense be considered fiction. I don't think Canada's claims are very reasonable, and Canada's enforcement of them is likely to be fictional see arcticnet-ulaval.ca chicagoboyz.net
