I guess I qualify as a critic, but for all of that, it is not easy to say "mea culpa", and you will be a better person for it. I hope that as you examine the things that make for a good night's sleep, you will ask yourself about the other "exceptions" to your sence of "doing the right thing".

Yet, it has been six+ years, and during all this time, you have known in your heart that you were guilty while professing your innocence and telling all that you are being railroaded. Anthony, it's time to grow up and pay the piper.

There are other people that you have hurt along the way - are you ready to admit that? are you ready to plead guilty? are you ready to face Allah and tell him the Truth? The Catholic church gives redemption for admission of sins and penance, perhaps a different approach from the Muslim religion, but those who have suffered because of your actions may be satisfied by a small step - asking forgiveness and making amends.

Anthony, you know what you have done. So does your Diety.

Seek restitution - make good on what you have done bad... you know what this involves. This is only the tip of the mountain on what you have done --- All might be well were you to be REALLY humble.

It is time ... You'll feel better, and gain a lot of respect.

You're a smart guy - you should know better.
