100, Spinco got the missing WCDMA IPR it needs and TI got it's missing CDMA IPR. A simple solution to both company's needs. I agree. That's the only thing we can directly infer from the press release. All the other stuff about a more enhanced relationship with TXN remains only in the realm of possibility that is more likely now that the cross-licensing agreement has been inked. By the way, no one should be particularly surprised that news of the cross-licensing agreement happened not a terribly long time after TXN publicly announced that they would stop trying to make their own CDMA-based chips. --Mike Buckley
