will, solid retail profits are made off the customers' ignorance. if store a offers a 20% cheaper cost than store b, all else being equal,
and i don't know store a exists then store b rakes in the big bucks b/c i'm ignorant due to an inefficient flow of information.

the net changes this... the bottom line is that i buy stuff on the web and i buy it EXTRWMELY cheap. why? information flow. i go to the cheapest place to purchase my product b/c i can easily find the cheapest place to get my product.

in fact, the low price will get the vast majority of the business until someone else offers it cheaper. then they get 100% of the business until someone drops their price. and on and on...

this is what the net is about long term. anybody that doesn't see this is, imho, smoking lefty luckies.

great for customers and bad for companies...
