For those worried about HVSF, hedge your bets. The stock is still cheap. If VIVUS patent holds and Vivus returns to its old glory, the relative losses on HVSF would be peanuts. If HVSF wins, and Muse and trasurethral delivery survive Viagra, you could easily see 1000% gain in stock, enough to cover any future losses in Vivus. I believe it was not too long ago that HVSF was trading over 8.
