Nicole: Greenspan - If anything, he will lower rates by .25 but I think this time through, they will probably do nothing until the full Brazilian devaluation and economic problems are done....although normally they like to be a bit more proactive than that. I would say it is about 60/40 against him lowering rates. However, there is nothing stopping him from coming up with some new phrase our outlook that will send the markets into a tailspin...but I don't think that will happen either. Still, as Poet suggested, those without a tolerance for risk or with nice profits, may want to pull some off the table TJ
