*Kevin Hansen* CSGI: Kevin - I have attached a copy of the Unisys PR (Dow Jones; 10/17/96)

IMHO, I think CSGI is one of many alliances that Unisys has done to resolve Y2000 problems for their clients. Unisys will send RFQ's to their various Y2000 vendors to bid on various projects that they are trying to secure. Again, IMHO.

10/17 3:24P (DJ) Consygen In Marketing Pact With Unisys For Year 2000 Software
Story 4759 (CSGI, UIS, I/CPM, I/CPR, N/CTC, N/DJN, N/DJWI, N/HIY,
N/MRK ...
PHOENIX (Dow Jones)--Consygen Inc. (CSGI) signed a marketing alliance
agreement with Unisys Corp. (UIS) under which Unisys will market its computer
systems in conjunction with Consygen's automated software for dealing with so-called
"year 2000" problems.
Terms were not disclosed.
As reported, many computers are programmed in such a way that they will have
problems handling dates whose years do not begin with the digits 19, as for example
2000.
-Consygen's software identifies and converts date fields in mainframe and open
computer systems in order to get the systems to work after 1999. Unisys is an
information management company. (END) DOW JONES NEWS 10-17-96
