Umm...er...I shouldn't admit to this, but ignorance will out, sooner or later, so here we go: I don't really know anything about buyouts, except that they occur, so I really don't know what you mean about a 20% premium, plus 10% equity, let alone the 9% (of what?) that can be paid down.

So, unfortunately, your comment was less helpful to me than it might otherwise have been. :-(
