PCX to Trade 2000 and 2001 Leaps(R) on Tellabs, Inc.

SAN FRANCISCO, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pacific Exchange (PCX) has announced that, beginning Wednesday, April 7, 1999, it will trade 2000 and 2001 LEAPS(R) on Tellabs, Inc. (Nasdaq: TLAB; option symbol TEQ; 2000 LEAPS(R) symbol LEP; 2001 LEAPS(R) symbol ZEP).

Strike prices will be set at 80, 100, and 120, and the respective LEAPS(R) will expire in January 2000 and January 2001. The LEAPS(R) have been allocated to lead market makers Steve Noonan, John Oppenheimer, and Robert Weiss of Oppenheimer, Noonan, Weiss L.P.
