Gary, thanks for the comments. This discussion is fairly moot as ASND options will greatly increase in value over the next 1-2 years. Thus, it wouldn't make financial sense for key technical/sales personnel to leave. If so, it would be for a nice start-up situation (which isn't really available to many people). Based on my contacts, ASND has been a prime beneficiary of excellent personnel from BAY, COMS and CSCO.
