Hi Steve, That's been a favorite "daydream" of mine for years. From his book, there must have been a period of time when he gathered AIMers for seminars ( the Q&A sessions), so I think he would approve of our gathering like this. There was a fellow on the old Prodigy BBS with whom I corresponded regarding AIM. He had a signed HardCover copy of Mr. L's book! Although not a fastidious AIMer, he always seemed to be "seat of the pants" AIMing at most of his investments. Unfortunately I lost track of "Joe" a couple of years ago and don't know what became of him. He lived in the Chicago area, but I never met him face to face. I've looked in used book stores for a hard cover copy, but haven't had any luck yet. Maybe an internet search might work! Speaking of looking for books, a friend of mine is looking for "CLASS REUNION - '65: TALES OF AN AMERICAN GENERATION." If anyone comes across a copy, I know my friend would be pleased to know about it. His name is Mak and he lives in Japan. I guess it's not easy for find used American books there!! I noted that several people visited the Computer Associates AIM example after I posted it. About 100 in a day. It seems to me Floyd Stern was an AIMer of CA. Anyone else out there AIMing at it? I've been thinking about it as a possible addition to my account, but the fact that I'm over-diversified now keeps me from doing anything about it. I'd long to get back to the "good old days" of having only a few stocks to monitor. Best regards, Tom
