Gary. Amusing indeed. More amazing is how many average investors buy whatever the W.S. carnival barkers pitch, no matter how ridiculous it gets. We see them all over the web. Was a broker with on of the top firms in the 70s and early 80s. And we were choir boys compared to what goes on now. I like Frank's terming it "brazen". Perhaps even defiant towards those who would like to see something done considering the billions of tax dollars funneled into these do nothing parasitic federal regulatory agencies with huge tenured civil service staffs.
