FWIW, Starr felt compelled to submit to Congress the material he had gathered regarding Lewinsky at this time. The other shoe will drop
(Filegate/Travelgate, Rose Lawfirm's involvement in taxpayer fraud)
in his executive summary due in short order. There may actually be an indictment or two among Clinton's inner circle. There is another shoe to drop, maybe even a boot.
