Come on man - He was tired from jet setting and didn't recover yet from the time difference! He didn't get much sleep the night before. Also he had a cold. Covid. You'd be groggy too! And, he studied for the debate too hard. Finally, it's all Trump's fault - Trump smirked at him and broke his concentration!
