That of physical gold as prevention
for those problems of fiat currencies.
So russett, its simple, just so long
as folks like you decide to let the
role gold has in protecting your current
wealth as represented in your paper money
be discontinued because either because
you trust your government to police itself,
or in good times your guard is let down
then yes, gold's role that requires it
to always be present will be taken away
with your blessings.
No need for me to point out that things like wars
are the creations of man, not nature like the
elements wind & rain that cause destruction at times.
No need for me to point out that a lack of focus
by the citizens of Earth are the reason, not cause,
of why wars happens. The cause, a lack of those
things that education and enforce correctness,
as religion for morals, and gold for money.
