Merryl Lynch broker is excited about the poison pill and indicates that an "unsolicited" bid is in the works. Due to the large # of shares outstanding and the cost of financing the deal, he believes that it will be a stock swap. Who is the suitor ? In his opinion, a bidding war will erupt. In the lead is IBM followed by SUN MICRO followed by Computer Associates. The buyout range: $15 - $18.

Hope for everyones sake, we get our bang for the buck by December end.
