Some info about Intels MMX trademark (or is it), I found it on a CYRX post. "The industry is being duped into thinking that MMX is a trademark of Intel. The truth is that it is nothing of sort and Intel's application to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is still in dispute and is likely to be for some time." more at.... pcweek.com ....Dave Parr
