It sure looks like 'value investing' has gone out of the semiconductor sector (if it ever really got in). The sox appears to be way ahead of reality again and stocks are trading at least double their future 12 month PE ratio. If this is an indicator of the future, then the future is bright, but it sure doesn't feel right.
